Brad Clayton Testimonials

Whether you are a beginner or a scratch golfer, Brad Clayton can provide a Program to improve your game.  Here is just a sample of Clayton's satisfied students.

Hello Brad.  I wanted to send you an e-mail to thank you for your help the week before my golf tournament.  I played in the Alamance County Amateur the first weekend in June.  As you know I took a lesson from you just one week prior to that.  I was a little concerned about getting a lesson so soon before the tournament but the things you showed me did not overwhelm me and I was able to use them to win the tournament.  I shot rounds of 68, 63 and 65 to win by four shots and set the tournament record by three strokes.  This was my first tournament in twelve plus years and I attribute my success to your instruction.  I look forward to working with you more in the future.  Please feel free to rewrite or use any part of this e-mail in your testimonials or anywhere else you would like for your website.  I look forward to your upcoming book and I hope to see you soon

Thanks again,  Tim Clark

I've taken lessons from dozens of pros over the years and I've never seen any who match Brad in skill, patience and intuition. I'm a talent less hack with almost no athletic ability and Brad has worked wonders for me. Brad Clayton uses video analysis and feedback that makes me "feel" my errors, and he stands head and shoulders above ordinary golf pros.

I want to thank you for all you have taught me this past year. I was barely breaking 100 when I first came to you. You have helped me tremendously. I am breaking 80 now and have even shot two rounds of 76 and one round of 75. Although my game does suffer when I don't get what my Dad calls my "Brad fix". You are an instructor of the highest quality with your students' best interest at heart. I have enjoyed working with you and learning from you. I know the "love of the game" that you have taught me will stay with me for the rest of my life.

THANK YOU BRAD.

George

Just wanted to drop you a note. I just finished reading the article in
Triangle Golf and wanted you to know you have a lot to be proud of. I had just finished playing (and not very well I would add) when I sat down to read this article. It made me feel a little better about myself and what I do. You are an inspiration and as a fellow PGA Member, I thank you for what you have done. Guys like you make the PGA look good. Thanks.

Jon

Just wanted to say thanks for your help, and willingness to help. Hit a few balls today with that knuckle under the shaft and even though it obviously felt awkward and weak I did not hook any. I enjoyed meeting you, you're a pretty inspirational guy Brad.

Craig

Wishing you and yours and very healthy and prosperous new year. And thank you for patience, and expertise in the very fine way you teach.

Best Regards Steve

Thanks, Brad.

I AM EXCITED! Have been practicing and could already tell a difference at the course. Can't wait to learn more!

Susan

I have played the best golf of my life after working with you, so you can guess how I feel about your ability to teach. The neatest thing about what I have learned is that I am able to fix things that go wrong as a rule. I think I shared with you my 69. I have had several 71's and 72's, which has me so excited about the game.

Dave

Thank you so much for coming down to Wilmington yesterday and teaching my students. I had many of them pop their head in my door today and say good things.

You are one of the most natural teachers I have gotten to watch on any subject. It was pleasure and a learning experience for me.

The lessons you give me improved my grip and my swing. I play with more confidence and I keep improving and learning all the time. I've meet my goal of shooting below 90 and even shot 80 once. The goal for next year is shooting par. I will be back for more lessons in 2006.

Dave Brooks

Yesterday, I spent 1.5 hours on the range (5 grips-down swings
to 1 normal), I noticed a very nice improvement in consistency! I hope this is a sign of more improvements to come.

Regards,

Donn

Keeping you informed----------it 's Friday afternoon and I shoot (72); 38-34 = 72. -wow!!! I contribute my score to the mini lesson that I had the other night. If I'd putted better my score would've been lower. I will continue to work on my game on and off the course. I thank you for all your insight--

Mike

Thank you for all the time and dedication you have put into my golf swing. You have truly made me the player I am today. Your knowledge of the golf swing is incredible as well your ability to teach the swing in a simplified manner. You have not only improved my game physically but mentally as well. I feel confident in saying that you are definitely one of the best teachers in the country.

Brad Clayton is by far the best instructor I have worked with. Not only does he know the golf swing, but he is also an easy guy to get along with. I feel very comfortable around him, not only does he care about how his students do in golf, but he also cares about them as a person.

Nick

Just wanted to say thanks for all the help you have given me so far. I played my best round of golf this past weekend. I shot a 97. That's my lowest score yet and I contribute that to the 8 week class I recently took with you. That makes for a total thus far of 23 strokes that you helped shave off my game.

Golf Digest would be well advised to rank Bradley Clayton of The Golf Zone in Oxford, NC; one of the better teachers in golf instruction. I have had many lessons from club professionals and PGA Teaching Professionals and I highly endorse Brad for his professionalism, his knowledge of the golf swing and his ability to impart that to his students. The Golf Zone is an Oasis in a rural area of NC that I am very pleased to have found. The facility and hospitality are world class.

Kevin

I'm playing the best golf in along time since taking lessons from Brad Clayton. Brads knowledge of the game and swing is impeccable. Brad put the enjoyment back into my game and he can do the same for you. Im playing with more confidence and a better attitude and it is showing in my scores. I highly recommend Brad Clayton for teaching lessons. My game is at a new level all because of your teaching skills.

Michael

I am a single digit handicapper and have taken a series of lessons from Brad. I have also taken lessons from other highly regarded professionals and I can attest that Brad can spot the problems better than others and he knows the drills and methods to help you get a flaw corrected. I would recommend him for anyone in this area who wants to improve their golf at any level.

Rich

I wanted to send you a brief thank you for the lessons I took about a year ago. Not only did you provide me with the tools to succeed but you also were willing to take a brief look at my swing if I was having any problems later and tell me quickly what to change. I appreciate you helping me to make the game that much more enjoyable.

Todd

Brad knows the golf swing. I have had many lessons over the years (69 years old) and Brads instruction is far superior.

Bill

Best instruction I have ever received.

Mike

Brad made me feel comfortable, was very encouraging, and gave me hope for the future. I've still got a long way to go, but its fun again. Thanks.

Cathy

Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Jay

Probably the most important aspect of a good teacher/coach to me is that he/she listens to what the student wants. You listen and allow me to go at my pace. Thanks. Your instruction is first class and I look forward to moving on to the transition.

Doug

Very enlightening instruction. Very good eye for swing flaws. Clear instruction.

Gordon

When my lessons were finished I felt that I could go to the golf course and be very comfortable playing as a beginner.

Doris

I had a very positive experience. I would recommend Brad to anyone trying to improve their game.

Mike

Really enjoyed lessons! I live in Durham and feel that it is more than worth the extra drive to take lessons.

JC

Most enjoyable!

Iona

Totally worthwhile and rewarding experience!

Ron

I very much enjoyed my lessons. When I go to the range or course in my head I can hear Brad's Instructions. Were it not for those instructions I would still be afraid to take up a sport that I now find so enjoyable. Thanks again.

Corey

I have referred many people to him. He shows a special interest in Junior golfers.

Paige

Brads a great teacher. I've learned a great deal and plan to go back for more lessons.

Charlene

Brad is one of the nicest guys I've met. He is an excellent instructor who really takes time to explain trouble areas. Brad was able to get me to enjoy golf and have fun while I learned. I plan to take more lessons in the future.
